There is finally real potential for health care reform. With the election of Barack Obama and now his appointment of former Senator Tom Daschle to head Health and Human Services and the announcement of Hilda Solis to head the Labor Dept, real reform may be on the way.

Injuried Worker back in 02, was sent to clinic doctors who only wanted to push meds on me and get me back to work as quick as they could. Was in so much pain after 4 months passed out and went to the emergency room. Still insurance company didn't want to do anything. I was having problems with my thyroid. I'm hypothyroid so I need a very precise balance of thyroid medication to make sure everything works ok. I knew that my thyroid was off though because I started to become really depressed and sluggish and my hair started falling out. Yes, that's right my hair was falling out.
