I wanted to share with you my HMO horror story. I exercise five or six days a week and eat like a health nut. I'm a 31-year-old marriage, family & child therapist and I take good care of my physical and emotional well being. I have supposedly good insurance (through my husband's work-he's a professional firefighter with a fabulous union here in CA).
