Several years ago, after my company and its employees were upset with HMOs, we switched to a PPO. We were told about $50 ER visits and good coverage. In the latest contract (2003 pwe have been working without one since then) the monthly premium for agreement covered employees is $75.

i come from a state where a boy was denied dental insurance and died before treatment because of an infection- there was no time to apply! i also am new to this state and am amazed at how many people are missing teeth? like the old lady in michael moore's movie, how can we deny them the dignity of being able to smile proudly? guess what?
